Welcome back to a regularly reoccurring roaster to the Roastful subscription box- our friend Prestin and his roasting company Flower Child. This pretty, floral coffee hails from Ecuador and is a really nice, easy drinking, delicate coffee.
Hot as possible and slightly coarser is maybe the best way to get the most floral quality out of this one!

Let this one rest a bit! 205 or so should be a good balance on temp- and try and push extraction to get a really nice, sweet cup.
First timer- but they ain’t no rookie! Proud Mary has been a roaster in our life for a long time- we can’t believe we’re just now featuring their coffee! This single producer Ethiopian lot is everything we love about Ethiopian coffee- and rounds out this “bouquet of flowers” box!
Proud Mary's roast profile is pretty easy to work with- you shouldn’t have too much problem with drawdown and you can probably keep temp somewhere between 200-205, especially once it’s rested!
