Making their second appearance in a Roastful box is Loveless coffee! We selected a really cool round and sweet Colombian coffee from these guys- lots of big stone fruit, tropical character, and a big depth of sweetness.

This one tastes really nice coming down to around. 1:16.5 on the brew ratio- flat bottom drippers work really well to accentuate balance and structure.

Back in the box is #16 on the top 100 list- none other than Heart from Portland. We typically feature either Ethiopian or Kenyan coffees from heart, but we switched it up this time with a wonderfully sweet and pleasant coffee from Jhon Dumar Guerrero to round off our all-Colombian box this month.

We like this one at fine grind sizes and slightly lower than boiling temp- any brewing method should work well for this coffee though- it’s a pretty easy one to get what you want out of it!

A first time feature in a Roastful box! Rose is no rookie in the industry despite being a newer roasting company- founder Matt Winton was the world brewers cup champion in 2021 and has been rockin it in the industry for a while!

This one drains really quick- grinding fine and brewing as hot as possible works really well! Also no-bypass drippers like the column or pulsar will help to get as much from this complex Colombian coffee.
